The UAE continues to attract skilled professionals from India, especially in high-growth sectors such as artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation, and emerging technologies. According to Careernet Group — a leading talent solutions provider from India — Indian professionals in mid- to senior-level tech roles in the UAE are earning salaries ranging from Dh25,000 to Dh45,000 per month, with even higher packages for specialized leadership positions.

Speaking with Khaleej Times, Anshuman Das, CEO and co-founder of Careernet Group, highlighted that Indian professionals working in the UAE can earn two to three times more than they would in India. “Salaries vary by role and experience, but professionals in digital, tech, or consulting sectors typically earn between Dh25,000 and Dh45,000 monthly. Senior and niche roles often command even higher compensation,” said Das.

But salary is no longer the only factor driving career decisions. “Candidates are increasingly evaluating roles based on the full value proposition,” Das explained. “This includes relocation support, performance-based bonuses, career growth, and international exposure. The UAE is now seen as a place where professionals can grow with purpose.”

Currently, more than 3.6 million Indian nationals live and work in the UAE, and over 9 million are spread across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. According to Das, the UAE is no longer seen as just a short-term job market.

“With the advent of knowledge-based roles, long-term residency visas, and competitive salaries, more professionals are choosing to build lasting careers here,” he explained. “The UAE offers a blend of global exposure, innovation, and stability — making it a preferred destination for long-term career planning.”
